I had a great experience at Ouray Dental in Hilliard. The staff was welcoming, kind, and professional from the moment I walked in. The office was clean, organized, and made me feel comfortable. I love the work that Ouray Dental did for me I did Crowns and honestly it was perfect crowns and you can never tell that it is crowns big thanks for all of the team ,I highly recommend Dr Nelza she did a very clean ,nice and perfect work , and Gaida ,Frank Lydia was a very nice and professional Assistant and front desk

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office and their entire team. Every time I call with a concern or dental pain, they never hesitate to get me in and make sure I am taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to their patients truly stand out.

During my most recent visit, I was experiencing significant discomfort, and Dr. Nelza took excellent care of me. She was thorough, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. While I was being treated, the amazing staff, especially Tiba and the other nurses, went above and beyond to care for my daughter. Their patience, kindness, and genuine concern meant so much to me as a parent.

What I appreciate most is that they treat you like family, not just another patient. From the moment you walk through the door, everyone is friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. The entire team consistently provides outstanding care not only to me but also to my children.

I had a really great experience with ouray dental. First of all, the office is clean, put together, and always welcoming. The staff is always smiling and ready to help with the best they can. A big thank you to Lydia and the other assistants that were nice and worked with me and delivered the dentist's instructions really well.

Most importantly the dentists are amazing. Dr. Basyoni was the best. He was very patient and passionate with what he does. Although I was very particular about how I wanted and was concerned about my teeth, he made sure I was heard and did not leave the office until I was satisfied with the work.

I recommend everybody and especially anyone who might be hesitant about dentists to visit Dr. Basyoni and his staff. They felt like family every time I entered the office. They will not disappoint and will make sure to welcome with the best service.

Hands-down, the nicest dentist I've been to they made me feel comfortable about my teeth that I have neglected and did not make me feel bad and got me fixed in a timely manner. I'm better than I ever could have imagined. Dr.Basyoni is fantastic. His assistance and lady at the desk were phenomenal and friendly as well!

Today I went to Dr. Nelza , Tiba, and Maya, and had one of the best experiences I've ever had. Because the Doctor was so informative of what she was doing in my X-ray , and her assistants were without a doubt perfect at their job on assisting her. I felt very important to them the way she involved me in what they were doing. I wish other dentist would be this pleasant. This is from Gloria Chandler. May God bless her, and her team♥️

Lydia and Dr. Nelza were amazing and saved my tooth!!!

They were quick about setting up an appointment and I was a new patient. As someone who struggles with anxiety they knew how to make me feel welcomed and settled my nerves. They even gave me a snack when my blood pressure was a little high. Their xray machine is very nice and privately enclosed. The staff exceeded any expectations I had and were very informative.

Update: I changed my dentist after that appointment to strictly this location and dentist because of how kind and knowledgeable they are.

I've been going to this Dental place for a month now. From the time I walked in the office, I knew this was going to be the place for me. Dr. Basyoni is the best!! All of my dental issues are being taking care of. He goes beyond and above making sure your needs are met. I can't say enough about him. All of the Dental assistants are amazing!!!
